Isabelle Tierney
M.A., LMFT

Isabelle Tierney, M.A., LMFT, is a stress management specialist, licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and international teacher.
Isabelle holds two master’s degrees, one in International Relations and Communications from Boston University, and one in Child Development from Tufts University. She also holds certificates in Authentic Relating and Brennan Healing Science.

After struggling with health issues due to burnout, Isabelle launched her company, Choice Point, which is dedicated to improving people’s lives with technologies that relieve stress and restore well-being. One of its divisions, The Stress Reset™ helps corporations revitalize employee engagement and collaboration with a proven set of tools for stress management. Another division, The Feel Good Life, helps consumers live with less stress, conflict, and overwhelm, and more ease, connection, and joy.
She’s presented at numerous mental health conferences, YPO events, universities, podcasts, and retreats all over the world on topics such as stress, conscious leadership, relational intelligence, and body image.

Isabelle lives in Montana and speaks 3 languages, English, French, and Spanish.
